An Experience Designed to Transcend
On March 10, 2026, in García, Nuevo León, Owens Corning did more than inaugurate a new plant. It brought to life an experience designed to reflect the scale of a major industrial milestone.
At Akevia, we approached this project for what it truly was: a key moment that needed to feel as significant as its impact. From the very beginning, the goal was to create an environment that conveyed innovation, strength, and a forward-looking vision.
Every element, from the event narrative to the technical execution, was carefully designed to create a seamless, polished experience aligned with the brand’s positioning.
End-to-End Coordination
Behind an event of this scale, there is an operation that often goes unseen, but supports everything. At Akevia, we handled the end-to-end coordination of the project, aligning vendors, timelines, setup, staff, and attendees to ensure every moment unfolded exactly as planned.
We supervised:
- Stage setup and space adaptation
- Production and deployment of audiovisual content across screens
- Coordination of technical vendors, including audio, video, and structural elements
- Food management and service for attendees
- Guest logistics, access points, and event flow
Every area was managed simultaneously, ensuring consistency, quality, and real-time control.
